How to make Methi Paratha
Step 1
To prepare this delicious paratha recipe, take the green fresh fenugreek leaves and wash them well in running water. Pat them dry and finely chop them, and keep aside until required. (Note: The one which has smaller leaves and slight green colour appearance is the one that you should get from the market.)
Step 2
Next, take the coriander leaves and wash them carefully as well. Finely chop them and keep aside too. Then, take the wheat flour in a dough kneading plate and add chilli powder in it along with turmeric powder, hing, cumin powder, salt etc. Mix well all the ingredients and then add fenugreek leaves in it along with chopped coriander leaves. Mix them all well.
Step 3
Add sufficient water and knead it properly. Knead all flour properly by applying oil on it so that it become smooth . Make the dough and roll smoothly. Now make a paratha and cook from both sides by applying a little oil to it. Once done, serve with chutney or raita.
