Broccoli Aur Palak Mutter Ki Shammi Recipe

Ingredients of Broccoli Aur Palak Mutter Ki Shammi

200 gm broccoli
100 gm spinach
1 tablespoon lemon juice
10 gm garam masala powder
5 gm green chilli
30 gm gram flour (besan)
1/2 teaspoon lemon wedges
50 gm peas
70 gm paneer
10 gm ginger
salt as required
30 gm coriander leaves
2 tablespoon butter


How to make Broccoli Aur Palak Mutter Ki Shammi

Step 1
Chop all the veggies and paneer on a chopping board. Mix them all together in a large bowl and add gram flour, salt, garam masala powder and lemon juice.

Step 2
Make medium-sized patties with this mixture and heat butter in a pan over medium flame. Shallow fry the patties till they turn golden in colour.

Step 3
Serve hot with mint chutney and laccha onion.
