Avocado Aioli Recipe



Ingredients of Avocado Aioli

1 avocados
1/2 cup virgin olive oil
4 sprigs cilantro
2 tablespoon white vinegar
black pepper as required
1 lemon
1/2 cup avocado oil
2 cloves garlic
1 sprig parsley
coarse sea salt as required
2 dashes lime zest

How to make Avocado Aioli

Step 1
To prepare this delicious aioli recipe, wash a ripe avocado and pit it. Peel it along with the garlic cloves.

Step 2
In a bowl, mix the avocado oil and the extra virgin olive oil. Once the oil is properly mixed, set it aside.

Step 3
In a blender, throw in the avocado, garlic, cilantro, parsley, salt, black pepper, lemon zest and squeeze the lemon. Blend the ingredients until the mixtures is turned into a puree. Keep stirring the mixture once in a while.

Step 4
Drop by drop, very carefully, add the mixture of oil to emulsify it. Keep adding until the mixture is smooth and gains a thick consistency.

Step 5
Once the consistency is as per your requirement, give it a final blend. Your creamy Avocado Aioli is prepared.
