Aloo Paratha Recipe
Ingredients of Aloo Paratha

6 potato
1 numbers green chilli
10 coriander leaves
water as required
red chilli powder as required
4 tablespoon ghee
1 numbers onion
1/2 tablespoon ginger
1/2 tablespoon carom seeds
salt as required
2 cup wheat flour

How to make Aloo Paratha

Step 1
To prepare this easy recipe, wash the potatoes and put them in a pressure cooker along with water in it. Pressure cook on 2-3 whistles. Once boiled, turn off the burner and peel the potatoes in a bowl.

Step 2
Mash the potatoes well and and red chilli powder, salt, chopped green chillies, grated ginger, chopped coriander leaves and carom seeds. Mix well all the ingredients and keep aside.

Step 3
Add wheat flour in a dough kneading plate along with a little salt. Mix well and then add water in it and knead a soft and smooth dough.

Step 4
When the dough is ready, take out a small portion and using some dry flour roll into a chapati. Stuff this chapati with the potato filling and roll back to a ball. Using a little dry flour, roll into a chapati again.

Step 5
Now, put a tawa on medium flame and put this roti on it. Using a little ghee, cook the paratha until a little brown on both sides. Serve with butter and curd.
